How to Correct a Duplicate Account

If you have recently gotten a new phone or re-downloaded the Challenges app, there's a chance you created a new account as opposed to signing into Challenges with your original account. This would result in Challenges showing you have 0 points and stating the team you were on is full.

To log out of the Challanges app:

iOS
  1. Open the Challenges iPhone app
  2. Tap your photo (in the top-right corner) to get to the Profile screen
  3. Tap Logout
  4. Confirm by tapping Logout again

Once logged out, select Log In and please sign in with the email address you used when you first joined Challenges.

Android
  1. Open the Challenges iPhone app
  2. Tap your Profile (in the top-right corner)
  3. Tap Sign out

Once signed out, select Log In and please sign in with the email address you used when you first joined Challenges.

If you can't remember your password:

You can reset your password using our password reset tool. Use this tool to send a password reset link to your account email address.

Tip: Please be sure to add donotreply@loseit.com to your email's whitelist to ensure proper delivery. In some cases, the email gets stuck in the spam/junk folder, so check there if you don’t see it after a few minutes!
