How To Close or Delete Your Account

This article explains how to close or delete your Challenges account.

Your accounts through Challenges and Lose It! are the same account, so if you close your account, you'll lose all data for both Lose It! and Challenges.

Android 

To close your account:

**Please note, once an account is closed on loseit.com the data cannot be restored - This will also delete your data/account for Lose It!**

1. Open the Challenges iPhone app
2. Tap Profile (in the top-right corner)
3. Tap Account Information
4. Select Delete Account
5. Select Ok

This is non-reversible - we cannot recover any data associated with accounts that have been closed.

iOS

To close your account:

1. Open the Challenges iPhone app
2. Tap your photo (in the top-right corner) to get to the Profile screen
3. Tap Account Information
4. Select Delete Account
5. Select Delete
