How to Fix Missing Team Bonus Points

This article provides troubleshooting steps for when team bonus points are missing.

If you are not getting team bonus points, first try force syncing your points by following these steps:

1. Go to the main Challenge page
2. Go to "See History"
3. Select "Sync Data"

Are you and your teammates in different time zones?

Based on what we know, the Challenge will display points for the data that the Health app has for you on any specific day. At the end of the day, it's completely up to Apple & the Health app to handle the changing of time zones.

Changes to the time zone may retroactively alter the distribution of activity values in Health, which will, in turn, alter the distribution of points in Challenges. 

In summary, the Challenges app’s representation of Activity data will at all times mirror that of Apple’s Health app. (Note: This assumes that Apple’s Health app and Activity/Fitness app reflect the same data that we see via Health, and that Apple’s Activity/Fitness app does not apply any of its own transformational logic to that data.)
