How Points Work in the Apple Eat Well Challenge
This article explains how points are distributed across the various daily goals and how to view personal and teammate point history.
In the Eat Well Challenge, participants can earn points by reaching their daily goals, which are:
- Move Goal
- Mindful Check-Ins
- and Fruit & Veggie logging
The Move Goal is tracked using either an Apple Watch or the Apple Fitness app on an iPhone (iOS 16 is required), while Mindful Check-Ins and Fruit & Veggie logging are completed in the Challenges app on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Bonus points are awarded to individuals and teams who reach their daily goals.
Participants can earn up to 110 points per day. The breakdown of points is as follows -
Move Goal: 36 Points
Mindful Check-Ins: 12 Points
Fruit Logging: 9 Points
Veggie Logging: 27 Points
Individual Bonus: 14 Points
Team Bonus: 12 Points
How To View Point History
You can view your individual, team, and rival point history in the Challenges app by tapping the account name in the participating challenge.
Viewing Your Point History
- Open Challenges
- Select the Challenge you're participating in
- Next to your Daily Points for the current day, tap See History
- Tap History and scroll through each day to confirm your point totals for each day since the start of the challenge
Viewing Teammate Point History
- Open Challenges
- Select the challenge you're participating in
- Tap your teammate’s name under your team name
- The current day will be displayed
- Tap View History at the bottom of this page to view their point totals for each day of the challenge.
