The goal is to reflect on all three of these mindful eating practices throughout each day.
You can earn up to 12 points daily for your Mindful eating check-ins (4 points per skill).

Sense and Satisfy
What is Sense?
Before eating, pause and sense your hunger level. Then reflect on how your hunger imapct your food choices? Your eating pace? Your satisfaction?
What is Satisfy?
After eating, pause to note your satisfaction level. Then, reflect on how satisfied you are following a meal. Are you full? Hungry for more? Sick?

Savor
What is Savor?
Savoring is a great way to develop a long-lasting stream of positive thoughts and emotions about the food we eat. After eating, reflect on your savoring experience.

Try to use these mindful eating skills each time you eat throughout the day and reflect on your progress at the end of the day.
